Encyro Update: New Features to Save You Time
Want the Documents page to load first?
You can now change the order of items in the main menu! Drag the Documents page to the top of the list and that will be the page shown when you log in (instead of the Dashboard page).
Recall that with the August 2024 update, you can create a custom filtered view such as the list of all completed e-sign requests, or all incoming messages with files that are yet to be downloaded, and others. You can also set these presets to appear on the main navigation menu. With this new update, you can now change the order in which they appear and place your favorite ones on top.
To make the change, go to the navigation bar settings page and click Change Order. Then you can drag the menu items up and down.
Drag and drop items to move to sub-folders!
You can now move messages, files, and e-sign requests by dragging them to the desired folder. And you can do that with multiple items if you prefer.
Once on the Documents page, open any folder. The folder tree to the left will show you any subfolders that are available. You can always create additional sub-folders too. Then, you can select one or more items in the list of items within the open folder using the checkbox to theleft of every item. Once selected, move them to any folder within the same contact. The folder tree on the left allows you to move them to folders at any level of the folder hierarchy.
New Functionality
There are several other improvements to make it easier to use Encyro:

Duplicate e-sign fields: Once you have sized and configured an e-sign field to match the spacing on your form, you can duplicate it to use in other rows in the same form, saving you on resizing each new field added.

Bulk-invite staff users: Rather than having to invite each new user individually, now you can upload a file with the list of staff members or partners to add.

Search settings: Not sure which Settings page has the option you need - simply use the search box on the Settings page.

Compose message form: This form now makes better use of screen space, reduces the need to scroll, and has better support to copy paste multiple recipient email addresses.

Take and attach photos of documents from your phone without saving a copy of your sensitive document on the phone.

Easier to add new users: Now you can buy new licenses and invite users on the same page.

2FA backup: Setting up the 2FA now xlearly shows you your backup options and urges you to set them up.
