Will Encyro sign a GDPR Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with my business?

    Yes, Encyro does sign DPAs.

Please note that if your use of Encyro is subject to the EU GDPR or the UK GDPR, then the Encyro DPA, the EU SCCs, and the corresponding UK addendum are automatically included in the Encyro terms of service.

Optionally, for further evidence of your compliance with the GDPR, you may wish to sign the DPA or the UK addendum with your specific legal entity name. To start the signing process simply contact us, once you are satisfied with your Encyro trial and have purchased your membership.

Encyro uses electronic signatures to make the DPA signing process fast and smooth - you will receive a document to sign at your email address and the signature process will only require a few clicks. The only language supported at this time is English, but we can assist you with getting a translation of the DPA in your language.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be required for you under GDPR Article 28, section 3, to support your use of an external service provider (e.g. Encyro) to process or manage data that you collect from EU nationals.

Note: We are not lawyers and so we cannot advise you regarding whether you should or should not sign a DPA.
