Do you Sign a BAA?
Encyro will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required under HIPAA Privacy Rule sections 45 CFR 164.502(e), 164.504(e), 164.532(d) and (e).
Encyro uses electronic signatures to make the BAA signing process fast and smooth - you will receive a document to sign at your email address and the signature process will only require a few clicks. You will receive a legally binding and signed copy of the BAA for your records. Alternative signing options are available.
To start the BAA signing process simply contact us, once you are satisfied with your Encyro trial and have purchased your membership.
Note: We are not lawyers and cannot advise you regarding whether you should or should not sign a BAA.
