I tried to import a CSV file and it does not work...
I tried to import from a CSV file my client Names and Emails. The file had no other information and it would not upload or import.
It is likely that the CSV file is missing the header line that names the columns of the file. See: Import Contacts from CSV.
Also, make sure that your CSV file has at least 3 lines with contact information. If importing less than 3 contacts, simply use the “Add Contact” button (see details here).
Otherwise, the file might have other format issues. Please share your file with us (use our secure upload page to send your file: https://www.encyro.com/teamencyro). We will verify the format or attempt to modify it to meet the import requirements.
