How to Re-Send a Message that Expired for the Recipient
I sent a secure message to a recipient but they did not access it before expiry. How can I resend it or extend the expiry?
To resend a previously sent secure message, please access the sent message in your Encyro account and
- Toward the top-right of the message, click the “Forward” button. This will create a new secure message with the previously attached files automatically added to the new message (so you need not upload those files again).
- In the To-line, start typing the first few letters of the email address of the intended recipient. Since you have previously sent to that address, a matching email address would be suggested and you can click the correct suggestion to add that email address.
- Click “Send.”
